How the trip finder works
The trip finder asks five questions: when you are going, what kind of trip you want, your budget, who is coming and where you are flying from. It then proposes three destinations from our own guides. Each card shows the average high for your month where our month guide states one, why the place fits your answers, and buttons for hotels and flights on your dates. City breaks, adventure trips and family trips also get tours, road trips and hiking get car hire, and places outside the EU get an eSIM.

FAQ
How does the VoyageHacks trip finder choose destinations?
It starts from the warm-weather picks in our where-to-go month guides for the month you choose, then gives extra weight to places on our list for your trip type (beach, city, hiking, ski, road trip, adventure or remote work), your budget and who is travelling. It shows the three best matches, never two places from the same country and city family.
Where do the temperatures come from?
Each average high is copied from the table in our where-to-go guide for that month. When a guide has no figure for a place, the card says to check the best season in the guide instead of showing a number.
Are the results sponsored?
No. The three picks come only from our own month guides and travel-style lists. The hotel, flight, tour, car hire, eSIM and VPN buttons under each pick are partner links that may earn us a commission, at no extra cost to you, but no partner can pay to change which places appear.
