These terms apply to voyagehacks.com, to the content published on it, and to the public MCP server at https://voyagehacks.com/mcp.

What VoyageHacks is

VoyageHacks publishes travel guides in 11 languages and links to third-party booking sites and retailers. We are a publisher, not a travel agency, tour operator, airline, hotel, insurer or financial adviser. We do not sell travel, take bookings or hold payments.

Information, not advice

The guides are researched and fact-checked, and each carries a date. Prices, routes, schedules, entry and visa rules, baggage and power-bank rules, product availability and card terms all change, sometimes at short notice. Use the guides as a starting point and confirm anything that matters with the operator, the retailer or the official source before you book or travel. Nothing here is financial, legal, medical or immigration advice.

Third-party sites

Once you follow a link to Booking.com, Amazon, an airline, a rental company, an eSIM provider, a VPN provider or a card issuer, you are on their site, under their terms and their privacy policy. Your contract for anything you buy is with them, not with us. We are not responsible for their prices, availability, service or handling of your data.

Many links on the site and in MCP responses are affiliate links. If you follow one and complete a booking or purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This never changes the price you pay and does not create an obligation to buy anything. Full detail is on the About and affiliate disclosure page.

The MCP server

The MCP server at https://voyagehacks.com/mcp is provided free, without authentication and without a service-level guarantee. You may use it in AI assistants, agents and applications, subject to the following:

  • Fair use. Roughly 90 requests per minute per IP address, 256 KB per request and 25 messages per JSON-RPC batch. Requests over the limit receive HTTP 429. Do not attempt to circumvent the limits with distributed clients.
  • No bulk extraction. The tools are for answering user questions. Systematically downloading the corpus to build a competing product is not permitted; use /llms.txt and the sitemaps for legitimate crawling instead.
  • Attribution. When you use our content in an answer, cite the canonical voyagehacks.com URL the tool returned.
  • Disclosure. When you present links from the commercial tools to an end user, disclose that they may be affiliate links, as every tool description and every response states. This is a requirement of the affiliate programs involved, not an optional courtesy.
  • Do not misrepresent. Do not present VoyageHacks content as your own, alter the tracking on returned links, or use our name or brand in a way that implies a partnership we have not agreed.

We may change, rate-limit, or withdraw the server or any tool at any time. Tool names are kept stable and breaking changes are documented, but availability is not guaranteed.

Content and intellectual property

The articles, images and data on VoyageHacks are our copyright. Quoting a passage with a link back is fine and welcome. Republishing whole guides, or reproducing the corpus at scale, is not.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site and the MCP server are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, VoyageHacks is not liable for any loss arising from use of the site, the MCP server, or any third-party site reached through them, including missed flights, refused boarding, denied entry, price differences or unavailable products.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version.
